Course Objectives:
The objectives of this
course are to-
- Deepen
the student’s understanding in the arts of ministerial leadership and
practice.
- Reflect
on the relationship between theological explanations for ministry activities
and sociological ones.
- Model
a collegial style of reflective engagement and critique designed to help the
student clearly articulate the ministry and leadership issues being
addressed and strategies for effecting change in those situations.
- Model
a collaborative style of work and planning that can be utilized throughout
one’s ministerial career.
- Identify
the components of the student’s work in the Colleague Groups that can be
used as building blocks for the Ministry Project Proposal.

ministry project. This should include in a broad-strokes
fashion the tentative approach you will use to effect change
in your ministry setting.

of ministry that be used in your ministry project.

8-10 page Practices of Ministry paper focusing on the
practices of ministry that will be used in your Ministry
